3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, partially used, or applied

  • Items damaged due to improper use, negligence, or mishandling

  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as “Final Sale”

  • Free or complimentary products received with an order

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, Beysic may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Share your order details and reason for return

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

  4. Pack the product securely to avoid transit damage

  5. Ship the product as per the provided instructions

Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product

Currently, Beysic does not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product for a refund and place a new order separately.
